LEO: God, I hate this movie. Everything about it is contrived and half-assed and lame. If it were a dude, I'd punch it in the throat.  If it were a cockroach, I'd step on it. If it were a horse, I'd send it to the glue factory.
What do anime cyborg commandos, puppet dogs, and Jason Voorhees have in common? They are all featured in Emmy & Jess & Leo Watch TV, a new comedy by Jeremy Beaulne. Emmy & Jess & Leo Watch TV is about three roommates and their complicated relationships with film and television. Throughout a series of monologues and sketches, the roommates discus and debate their pop culture obsessions. They talk about the shows they love, the shows they hate, and the shows that drive them crazy.
