The Infernal Machinations of Dr. Mordeau
By Jeremy Beaulne

Summer 2015

in July 2015, inspired by classic German Expressionist films like The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari and Nosferatu, the Red Dot Players shot a short black and white horror film at the historic Leir House in Penticton, BC. The Infernal Machinations of Dr. Mordeau is about a young actress who is hired to participate in a hypnotism demonstration presented by the "natural philosopher and Mesmerist" Dr. F.W. Mordeau. Of course, the good doctor has much more planned than a simple demonstration...

The Infernal Machinations of Dr. Mordeau stars Kendra Hesketh, Ashley Thomas, Clinton Allen, Mike Minions, and Emma Dalsvaag. It was written and directed by Jeremy Beaulne.
